About the service
We are 5 active headhunters with real placements in LATAM, Europe, and the USA. Every outcome we mention is backed by screenshots or references. Before contracting any package, you can book a free 20-minute screening with the team to evaluate if we are the right match.
They are automated SaaS platforms with generic criteria. We are 5 human recruiters who work on the employer side every day — we know what passes the filter because we are the ones filtering. We also operate with LATAM pricing: a professional rewrite in the US costs USD 400-800, we charge USD 120. Same criteria, lower cost.
We work with all modern stacks: backend (Node, Python, Go, Rust, Java, Elixir, Ruby, C#), frontend (React, Vue, Svelte, Angular), mobile (iOS, Android, React Native), data/ML (Python, Spark, SQL), DevOps/SRE (K8s, Terraform, AWS/GCP/Azure). If your stack is very niche, tell us during the free diagnosis and we will tell you honestly whether we can help or not.
Profiles with less than 2 years of real professional experience (not counting bootcamps or personal projects) — we don't have the contacts or experience to help you with your first job. Profiles looking exclusively in their specific city — our focus is international remote. Profiles not willing to be honest about their achievements and wanting to inflate the CV — we don't invent experience you don't have.
Pricing and payments
We accept Stripe (international credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and COP payments via Bancolombia bank transfer. PayPal and crypto coming soon. Prices are in USD but you can pay in your local currency at the daily exchange rate. See payment details →
Diagnosis (USD 35) has full transferable credit if you upgrade to another package. Rebuild and Placement include 2 revision rounds at no cost — if after that you are not satisfied, we evaluate case by case. We don't have a "100% money-back guarantee" policy because our work is real and we already invested hours. We prefer to adjust until you are satisfied.
Because we work for LATAM IT profiles looking for international salaries. Using USD eliminates ambiguity: a USD 350 Placement is USD 350 in Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, or Brazil, regardless of the daily exchange rate. We accept payment in local currency at the official bank exchange rate.
Currently we have 30% OFF for the first 10 clients of the launch month. After that, the permanent discount is 15% if you pay for a full year of follow-up (applicable to Placement). We don't negotiate prices case by case — the existing discounts are what we have.
Privacy and data
Your CV is never shared with companies without your express authorization. We sign NDA if you ask. Our Privacy Policy details exactly who accesses your data (only the recruiter assigned to your case) and for how long. We don't sell data, you don't appear in public databases.
We keep it during the active commercial relationship and up to 2 years after to comply with legal record-keeping obligations. If you want immediate deletion before, you can request it by emailing hola@techprofilelab.com with subject "Data deletion". No. We work for you, not for companies. We never share your CV, LinkedIn, or personal information with any company without your signed express authorization. Even within our team, only the recruiter assigned to your case accesses your data operationally.
How the process works
Diagnosis: Loom in under 48 hours. Rebuild: 7 days with 2 revision rounds. Placement: initial delivery in 10 days + 60 days of active coaching. Architecture: session within 72 hours of contracting. All packages have concrete dates — if we are late, automatic 20% discount.
We can't guarantee you will get a job — that depends on you, your experience, and the market. What we do guarantee is that your CV and LinkedIn will be at international market level. If the initial diagnosis shows you are not ready for USD salaries, we tell you directly and recommend a path before selling you a service that won't serve you.
Yes. The Placement package includes 2 interview simulations with specific feedback. We do behavioral (STAR framework) and, if your role requires it, a technical mock focused on system design or technical communication — we don't replace LeetCode for pure technical preparation. Simulations are in native-level English, recorded via Loom so you can review them after.
